The Missouri State highway patrol is reporting the arrest of a woman from West Plains Wednesday. 37 year old Pamela Bennett, was arrested on a Howell county warrant for felony second degree burglary, and a misdemeanor Howell county warrant for driving while intoxicated and no seat belt. She was taken to the Howell County jail.
