A woman from Alton was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and taken to the Thayer Jail Wednesday. 54 year old Tracy Thomas was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony forgery and misdemeanor stealing. Her bond was set at $1,500 cash or surety.
