Three people face charges in Texas County in connection with a burglary earlier this month. 26 year old Justin Christopher of Summersville is charged with felony stealing. He is being held on $50,000 bond. 22 year old Lynsey Moberly of Raymondville is charged with first degree burglary and two counts of felony stealing. She is being held on $150,00 bond. A Warrant has been issued for 29 year old Clint Smotherman. Smotherman is charged with first degree burglary and two counts of felony stealing. He is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds.
