Two people were taken into custody after shooting incident in Mammoth Spring. Mammoth Spring police were called to a residence on Walker street for a reported shooting. When they arrived they were met by a female who told them that she had an altercation with a male and had shot him. The victim was located down the street and was not injured . 39 year old Fancy Rudd was arrested and charged with obstructing government operations, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and felony aggravated assault. The victim was checked for injuries and it was determined he was not hit by the gunfire. He was taken into custody for outstanding warrants on unrelated matters. His name was not released.
