Authorities are reporting that 4 people were injured including three children in a one vehicle accident on highway 63 near Black Rock Thursday afternoon. Names are not being released at this time but we do know that two people were flown from the scene of the crash to area Hospitals. They are saying the two of the children and one adult suffered head injuries. The accident happened and the road was blocked for a little over an hour. The Black Rock Fire Department, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, Medic One and AET and responded to the scene. The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State police.
