MSU Is Making Cuts In Spending

Missouri State university may be making some cuts in spending after a shortfall of about $4 million in the budget. MSU president Cliff Smart says the school is looking at options, including not filling open positions and postponing expansions to student programs. The School has reportedly cut more than $8 million from its budget over the past three years.
