A man from Hartville is being held in Texas County after his arrest early Sunday morning. 64 year old John Hubbard was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated , felony resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on right half of the roadway, littering and driving while revoked. He was taken to Texas county Jail.
