A man on probation from Wright County has now been charged with rape in Howell county. 27 year old Bradley Ray Cox was staying in West Plains when the incident occurred. Cox is now charged with second degree statutory rape. Cox allegedly admitted to violation of terms of his release after failing to report to his probation officer. The alleged rape incident involved a 16 year old girl.
