The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a felony sex offender. 30 year old James Brown of Jackson Tennessee was arrested in Carter County on a warrant for felony sex offender registration violation, felony resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to drive in proper lane. He was taken to the Carter county jail.
