Two Eukera Springs residents were arrested in Baxter County on Tuesday. 46 year old Valerie Lynette
Plumlee and 31 year old Andrew Thomas Davis were arrested after running a stop light. Both are charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth with purpose to deliver, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance marijuana. Plumlee is also charged with driving while license suspended and running a red light. Davis is on a hold for other agencies. Both are being held on $15,000 bond
