The Thayer Police are reporting the arrest of a man from Thayer on felony drug charges. Early Thursday morning, the Thayer PD, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, and Missouri drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence on Vine street in Thayer. During the search they located multiple containers with a crystal like substance that tested positive for meth and several other drug paraphernalia. 66 year old Dave Ledbetter was arrested and has been charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, felony possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, felony keeping or maintaining a public nuisance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Ledbetter’s bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.
