As the High School Basketball season starts to wind down, several post season honors have been announced.
The All-Class 1 District Teams have been released and are dominated by the Dora Falcons, with all five starters making the all-District team, including, Isaac Haney, Mason Luna, Bryson Luna, Austin Luna and Waylon Masters, and Head Coach Rick Luna was named coach of the year.
On the Girls All-Class 1 District 4 team
Cassidy Hamelton of Dora was picked for the team.
On the All-Class 3 District 4 Team there are several local players including, Andrew Dalton and Nate Swofford of Ava, Zack Stretch of Liberty, Owen Duddridge and Scottie Osborn both from Willow Springs and Wilson Murray of Licking
Girls include, Karlee Holland, Abbie Sullins and Kylie Taylor all from Licking. Kenley Richards, Kaitlyn King and Lexi Shumpert all from Liberty, Tessa Duddridge of Willow Springs and Alisha Condos of Mountain Grove
On the All-Class 2 District 10 team
Bryce Hamilton of Gainesville, Zachary Beller of Cabool, Cole Summers of Bakersfield and Bryce Piper, Cody Martin, and Brady Ward all of Hartville
The All-Frisco League teams were also named.
Boys include, Wilson Murray and Blake Payne both of Licking, and Grady Todd of Plato who was also named Co-MVP
