Two Pomona residents face charges for allegedly stealing checkbooks from Howell County Public Water District #3. 24 year old Nathan Tabor Rodman and 44 year old Christine Michelle Pecol were both charged with second degree burglary, stealing $750 or more, general stealing, and 8 counts of forgery. Their bond was set at $10,000 each.
