A woman from Mountain Grove was injured in an accident Monday morning north of Mountain Grove. The Highway Patrol says that 34 year old Hayley Vail was injured when she drove off the road and struck a culvert and a fence. Vail was taken to Ozarks Medical Center with minor injuries. The accident happened on Mo 95 about 3 miles north of Mountain Grove
