Two people are being held in Texas County after their arrest on several felony charges. 20 year old Samantha Karnes-Lewis of Licking and 36 year old Evan Lawson of Salem Missouri are both charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and three counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Drug were found inside their house where three minor children reside. Both are being held on $250,000
