A Marion County man, who has spent the last 15 years living under a alias name, has been arrested. 60 year old joseph Page Todd, who is also known as Kenny Don Fagan is charged with 6 counts of second degree felony forgery, and two counts of non-financial identity fraud and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. Todd moved to Marion County in 1995 and lived under the name Kenny Fagan ever since. According to records, Kenny Fagan was born April 25th 1949 and died 17 days later. Todd is being held on $100,000 bond.
