A man from Kansas City was arrested Tuesday by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department. 46 year old James Vankam was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony theft/stealing (value of property is $500 or More but less than $25,000), and felony receiving stolen property. Vankam was taken to the Thayer jail and is being held on $5,000 bond
