The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested three people on felony drug charges last night in Ripley County. 36 year old Randall Gilkey of House Springs, 58 year old Donald Lang of St Louis and 36 year old Jessica Smith of Marston were all arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth,. They all face misdemeanor charges as well. Smith and Land were taken to the Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold. Gilkey is being held without bond.
