Two people were arrested in Douglas County in connection with a stolen vehicle from Republic. 31 year old Dustin Moore of Springfield and 46 year old Wilma Lansdown of Lebanon were both arrested. Moore is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. His bond is $15,000 cash only. Lansdown is charged with possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $500 cash only.
