A man from Ellsinore was arrested early this morning in Butler county. The Highway Patrol reports that 43 year old Basil Foster was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to signal and no insurance. He was taken to Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
