Two people were arrested following a traffic stop as suspects in an investigation. 34 year old James McElroy ands 32 year old Stacie Sheppard both from Texas were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond for McElroy was set at $25,000 and bond for Sheppard was set at $20,000. McElroy was also charged with tampering with a motor vehicle with bond set at $50,000 on that charge.
