March 12th through the 17th the Howell County Sheriff’s Department reported several arrests.
Thursday March 12
41 year old Elizabeth Ann Rost of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear for probation violation on a conviction of second degree burglary and a West Plains charge of failure to appear. She was released on $8,200 bail.
56 year old Clyde Alan Martin was arrested on a Taney County charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, failure to register a motor vehicle , driving without a license and failure to wear a seatbelt. Her bail was set at $7,500 and she was turned over to Taney County.
48 year old Thomas David Sloniker of West Plains was arrested for second degree domestic assault. He as released on $5,000 bail.
30 year old Justin Edward Stiner of West Plains was arrested for stealing $750 or more. Hs bail was set at $2,500. He was released on his own recognizance.
Friday March 13
37 year old Crystal Marie Floyd of Caulfield was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of possession of controlled substance. Bail was set at $7,500
43 year old Robert Paul Beese was arrested for second degree burglary, first degree tampering, receiving stolen property and stealing. His bond was set at $5,000.
56 year old Gary Wayne Collins was arrested for two counts of stealing a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $2,500, He was released on his own recognizance.
33 year old Samuel Alan Meador of Moody was arrested for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $5,000. He was released on his own recognizance.
Saturday March 14
26 year old Matthew Alan Weant of Eminence was arrested on a Willow Springs Charge of failure to appear for DWI and a Howell County Charge for being a fugitive from out of state . Bail was set at $51,128
37 year old Dustin Edward Woolridge of Doniphan was arrested on a Ripley County charge of failure to appear. His bail was set at $7,500. He was transferred to Ripley County.
19 year old Emani Elizabeth Talton of west Plains was arrested for possession of a controlled and a West Plains Charge of Failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,105
26 year old Justin Ivan Rosa was arrested on a Greene County Charge of failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bail and was released to Greene County.
Sunday March 15
33 year old Mathew Warren Collins of Dora was arrested for failure to appear for probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $3,500
Monday March 16
37 year old Bobby Dale Finney of Dora was arrested for first degree harassment He was released of $5,000 bail
34 year old Lacey Deanne Davis of West Plains was arrested on a Greene County Charge of failure to appear for larceny. She was released on $1,000 bail.
Tuesday March 17
31 year old Clinton Duane Ussery of West Plains was arrested on a Barry County charge of failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000
