2 Earthquakes Have Rattled Northern Arkansas In past Couple Of Days

A couple of small earthquakes have been reported in the last couple of days locally. Sunday night in Fulton County, The United States Geological Survey reported the earthquake was centered 7.3 miles northwest of Cherokee Village in eastern Fulton County and was a magnitude 2.1 earthquake. There were no reports of any injuries or damage. Then Monday Afternoon around 2:45 pm, the USGS reported a 2.5 earthquake in Randolph County about 7 miles southwest of Pocahontas, again there were no reports of any injuries or damage.
