The murder trial of a man accused of shooting and killing his landlord has been delayed. 62 year old Robert Dean Penny was scheduled to be in court in Baxter County later this month for a retrial. But since the Coronavirus pandemic has restricted court operations significantly, the retrial has been set for October 19th.
