The Howell County Health Department reports that they have received confirmation of two more COVID-19 cases in Howell County. It has been reported that both individuals had recently participated in drive thru testing clinics in West Plains. Health Department officials stated that contacts to the cases have been notified and quarantined. Howell County has tested 199 people with 187 negative results, 3 positive and 9 pending.
In Oregon County 9 people have been tested with 6 negative and 3 pending.
Monday, Missouri had 2,722 confirmed cases of COVID 19 with 39 deaths. Locally there were cases in Howell, Carter, Ripley and Wright Counties.
In Arkansas Monday night, there were 927 confirmed cases with 16 deaths and 139 recoveries. Locally cases were confirmed in Baxter, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Sharp and Stone Counties.
