A Mountain Home woman who has a history of assault charges now has another after she attacked another inmate at the Baxter County jail. 27-year old Vanessa Henschel allegedly attacked 56 year old Penny Whitson while they were waiting for a cell search to be completed. Henschel will be charged with third degree battery for this latest incident.
