Locally, in Missouri there are 7 confirmed cases in Wright County, 4 in Howell County, 3 each in Carter and Ripley Counties and 1 in Oregon County. In Arkansas there are 10 in Lawrence County, 8 in Randolph County, 7 in Stone County, 5 in Independence County, 4 in Baxter County, 2 in Sharp County and 1 in Izard County.
