Ozarks Medical Center has announced that they will furlough 114 employees including, clinical, non-clinical and administrative positions through May 31, 2020 and executive and leadership salaries will be reduced by 20 percent. OMC also announced that there will be additional cost saving measures in the days to come. OMC officials said that over the past few weeks they have experienced some challenging times and that their goal is to preserve the ability of OMC to care for the communities they serve and to quickly get back to work when the pandemic ends.
