A Mountain Home man has been arrested for burglary. 43 year old Chad Whitlow was arrested and charged with felony residential burglary, after he allegedly loaded scrap metal into his truck at a residence near his home. Whitlow also faces misdemeanor charges of theft of property and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $15,000
