Locally there were 1 case in Oregon County, 4 in Howell County, 3 in Carter County, 3 in Ripley County and 9 in Wright County, and in Arkansas there were 4 in Baxter County, 6 in Independence County, 2 in Izard County, 11 in Lawrence County, 1 in Marion County, 8 in Randolph County, 2 in Sharp County and 7 in Stone County.
