The Arkansas State Red Wolves signed two players on Thursday. USC Salkehatchie forward Keyon Wesley has transferred to Arkansas State. He averaged 12.1 points a game for the Indians last season and 6.5 rebounds. The Red wolves also signed Miami Prep Forward Norchad Omier. Omier averaged 26.7 points and 20.3 rebounds per game last season
