Two men have been arrested in Shannon county in connection with a woman’s death. 30 year old Stanley Kenaga Jr and Joseph Proffer were both arrested in connection with the death of 77 year old Barbara Lynn who’s body was found in a burned home on Wall Street in Birch Tree. The two men are charged with murder and burglary.
