2 West Plains Students Are Finalists In Congressional Art Competition

West Plains High School students, Connor Quimby and Kiersten Shelley, are two of the Top 20 finalists in the 2020 Congressional Art Competition. Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district. The Top 20 finalists’ art will now be judged, and the overall winner will have their work displayed in the U.S. Capitol.
