A Baxter County man has been arrested for violating a no contact order. 35 year old Zachariah Ray Martin allegedly chased his wife with a rifle shooting it in the air while children were present last September. Deputies were called to the Martin’s home Sunday night and Monday morning. Deputies found him sitting in a pickup and had to break the window of the truck and deploy a stun gun to bring him under control. Martin is charged with domestic battery, resisting arrest using force, violating a no contact order and interference with emergency communications
