Governor Asa Hutchinson announced the decision dates for reopening businesses. The Governor April 29th Restaurants will open, then on April 30th Gyms will be allowed to open, May 1st Barber and Beauty Shops call reopen, and then on May 4th Places of worship and Larger venues will be allowed to reopen. The Governor also said that beginning Monday Arkansas will ease the ban on elective surgeries, allowing hospitals and clinics to resume the surgeries.
