An Independence County man was killed and another man was injured in an ATV accident just before midnight Saturday night in Desha. The Arkansas State Police say that 22 year old Jose Neri was killed and 36 year old Eric Guyette was injured when the left side of the ATV that Neri was driving hit the right side of the ATV that Guyette was driving, causing the two ATVs to overturn. Guyette was taken to White River Medical Center. The accident happened on highway 25 near Bufford Street in Desha.
