The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a woman from Yellville on felony drug charges. 51 year old Debra May Rios is charged with felony Possession of Controlled Substance Purpose of Delivery (methamphetamine), felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and misdemeanor charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (simple possession – marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rios posted $7,500 bond and was released from custody. She is scheduled to appear before the Baxter County Circuit Court to answer on May 28th.
