Monday afternoon there were almost 1 million cases of COVID 19 in the United States (988,419) with over 56,000 deaths and just over 111,000 recoveries. Missouri reported 7,171 cases with 288 deaths. In Arkansas there were 3,069 cases with 51 deaths. Locally there was a new case reported in Sharp County bringing the total in the county to 3, and a couple of new cases were reported in Randolph County bringing their total to 16.
Confirmed cases of COVID 19 have been reported in Carter, Howell, Oregon, Ripley and Wright Counties in Missouri and in Baxter, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Randolph, Sharp and Stone Counties in Arkansas. Several of theses have now recovered.
