Two men have been arrested in Independence County for shooting from a vehicle. 26 year old Andrew Nolan Booth and 26 year old Ernest Booker III were both arrested after they were discovered by police in a vehicle with two handguns and several rounds of ammo. Both were previously convicted felons. They were charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and they are both charged as habitual offenders. Bond was set at $5,000 each
