A man was arrested in Texas County after allegedly punching an officer. 34 year old William Keller is charged with felony third degree assault. Keller who reportedly is Hepatitis C Positive was bleeding on his fingers and when he punched the officer in the mouth. The officer suffered cuts and bruises and was treated at the Texas County Memorial Hospital. Keller is being held on $250,000 bond.
