Investigators with the West Plains Police Department, Howell County Sheriff’s Department, The South Central Drug Task Force, and Missouri State Highway Patrol continue to investigate the double murder of Frankie Ziegler and Richard Kuntz. Investigators have arrested three subjects in connections with the murders. 34 year old Kyla Croney and 37 year old Levi Daniel Gunter Were arrested early this morning. 31 year old Joey Allen Marcak was arrested around 3:30 this afternoon. Croney and Gunter have been charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and one count of atempted robbery. Their bonds were set at $500,000. Charges are pending on Joey Allen Marcak. Authorities want to thank the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, the Salem Police Department and the Arkansas State Police for their assistance in the investigation.
