The Missouri Lottery awarded more than $79.3 million during the month of April. The biggest price was a $7 million scratchers winner from Washington Mo. There were several local residents to win nice prizes during April. Dustin Howell of Thayer won $20,000 on a scratchers tickets, Kari Cunningham of Licking won $5,000 on a scratchers ticket and there were several $1,000 scratchers ticket winners including, Lester Swearingin of Ava, Corey Trent of Ava, Shirley Belt of Caulfield, Michelle Morris of Doniphan, Franklin Reynolds of Ellsinore, Cleta McKinney of Houston, Renny Pigue of Theodosia and Gary Andrews of West Plains.
