Two Ellsinore residents were arrested by the Highway patrol Monday evening in Butler Count. 28 year old Bethany Payne and 30 year old Benjamin Simpson were both arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth. Both were taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
