The City of West Plains has released the schedule for this week including the opening of City Hall. I talked to City Clerk.PR Director Mallory Snodgras about it
She also said that the North Terra Golf Course was open and so is the Solid Waste Transfer Station. The West Plains Transit is running short routes. The Ozark heritage Welcome Center is Closed, the Jimmie Carroll Sports complex is closed and the West Plains Public Library is closed, but will continue with the pick-up/book return process.
