A man from Glenco Arkansas has been arrested by the Izard County Sheriff’s Department following a traffic stop. 54 year old James Minnick was in a vehicle that was stopped on highway 56 in Calico Rock. Deputies learned that Minnick was on active supervision with probation/parole. Deputies searched his vehicle and found drug paraphernalia. Minnick was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He will be in court June 17th .
