A Bull Shoals man has been arrested for breaking into vehicles in Baxter County. The Sheriff’s office reports that 19 year old Andy Wayne Baker Jr was arrested on charges of two felony counts of breaking or entering, misdemeanor theft of property and misdemeanor public intoxication. Baker is being held on $5,000 bond and will be in court June 25th.
