A man from Pleasant Hope Mo was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department Thursday and transported to the Thayer Jail. 29 year old Kevin Sykes was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for felony endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk, felony abuse or neglect of a child and felony domestic assault. Bond was set at $2,500.
