A man from Naylor was arrested by the Highway patrol Sunday morning. 32 year old Jason Scott was arrested on a felony Ripley County warrant for Failure to appear for forgery charge, and a felony Butler County warrant for receiving stolen property. He was taken to Ripley County jail.
