A Mountain Home man has been arrested after allegedly assaulting another man and trying to choke him with an electrical cord. 32 year old Joel Preston Fuller was arrested at a residence on Buzzard Roost Road after fighting with another man. The other man was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center. Fuller is charged with felony counts of second degree battery and impairing the operation of a vital facility and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $15,000.
