A man from Conway has been arrested on felony charges in Cherokee Village. 35 year old Steven Oberbeck was arrested after police discovered drugs, drug paraphernalia, a stolen vehicle and other stolen items. Oberbeck was charged with attempted theft of property, commercial burglary, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
